Good quality plants and well packaged

Plants arrived in great condition and very well packed. I also think the price was really good in comparison to other supplier of these plants.

Rough product, good customer service

As the other review mentions the plugs are pretty small and not fully rooted in. The shipping was also unfortunately a little rough with soil and plugs tossed around the box. The customer service was very good and they sent me more plugs to make up for some of the inferior ones. My main complaint is that the product picture is not representative of what I received. I'd give 2-3 stars but they did their best to make it right which bumps it up a star to 3-4.

Not particularly well packaged (1/2 of the plugs arrived with no soil), somewhat immature (80% or more were a single 5-6” stem with no branching, minimal roots, no grip on soil). I’m hopeful that most will still take off, but the pictures are definitely not representative of the delivered product.
