CloudCradle™ Ergonomic Pillow

I am finding these Pillows too hard for head and neck which is making my neck sore. I am dissatisfied because I went for this Brand and Company by advertising had me assuming they were at Least Softer. Very disappointed now with the Purchase. Therefore I cannot see myself continuing to use them and Probably look for a Slightly more Softer Pair.

They refuse returns. The pillow is too high on the neck. Not suitable for someone who has back or neck issues
