The sub-zero is great for adult beginners to rope flow. Gives good feedback and is light enough to not wear you out during a 10-minute session. Highly recommend it!

I'm enjoying the process of learning new things. If feels good in my hand bit my wife's smaller hands are a bit harder. I wish the website was a little more clear with its descriptions. I found it hard to decide wish was best for novices. This rope is light enough that I can get a good amount of work in but very long if you use it inside. I added a knot and that helped a lot.
