Worked great.
The instructions were simple and the process was painless. Was worried that the pads would come off in my sleep but whatever glue they use is both sticky enough to hold all night but not so sticky that you can't get them off without ripping your hair off.

Excellent Home Test
It was very easy and comfortable to use. Two padded sensors with a replaceable adhesive rest on your body to measure your orientation while a small O2 sensor on your finger takes care of the rest. The app worked super well and support responded within half a day. For those who use the app to submit your data, the data doesn't populate until a couple hours after you submit your results, so don't worry if it looks like nothing was recorded. If you hit "Finish Test" or whatever the end button was, it uploads your data right away.

At home sleep study -
I had been diagnosed with moderate Apnea since 2012 or so, and have used a prescribed CPAP machine consistently all this time. But insurance wanted me to get an updated study before approving a new medication. Less than two weeks ago I began looking for a test that could be done as quickly as possible. I felt desperate for better health. Within a week of ordering the at-home sleep study, I was completing the two-night test, showing the Apnea was now severe. A few days later, the insurance company approved the medication and I started the new medication today. ...Contrast this with the sleep clinic through my hospital, which I had approached for help in April. They wanted me to see a "consultant" first, before scheduling the In-clinic study. This, after already having been on CPAP for years. In April, they scheduled the consultant appointment for July. Who knows when the actual sleep study would have taken place. Last week, they called to say they were moving the July appointment to September. So the soonest I would have had the sleep study through the hospital would have been sometime this fall. I am so glad I cancelled that nonsense when they called me last week and today, already have the hoped-for medication.
