12-week Filter Pack

I took over a month to receive my order. I paid for the 5-8 delivery so paid extra. I reached out to the company multiple times finally got a response and an apology. I still had to wait with no compensation. I tried using the tracking and order number to find package and it stated doesn’t exist. I finally got the order and it looks like they kicked the box. So paying over $189 thinking i got the best water dish for my dogs. So i will see if its up to the hype. I get it that it looks like its great. We will see. I am not a negative person but i feel i got the run around on this.

IF YOU WANT HONEST REVIEW, READ THIS! I have only been using the Doggy Spout for a little over a week, and I was surprised to find that the water reservoir contained a significant amount of backwash, food particles, and other debris. Based on what I observed, the filtration system isn't working as effectively as expected and as advertised. Water spill everywhere. The lid gets dirty super fast and collects so mich debris. Additionally, I noticed a buildup of a slimy residue around the spout after only a short period of use. This has made me concerned about the cleanliness of the water and hesitant to continue using the product. I eventually stopped using it. Because of these issues, I am disappointed with my experience and even infuriated that no one would get back to me to inquire a refund and I've reached out three times. Horrible customer service! Honestly, don't waste your money on this!
