IF YOU WANT HONEST REVIEW, READ THIS! I have only been using the Doggy Spout for a little over a week, and I was surprised to find that the water reservoir contained a significant amount of backwash, food particles, and other debris. Based on what I observed, the filtration system isn't working as effectively as expected and as advertised. Water spill everywhere. The lid gets dirty super fast and collects so mich debris. Additionally, I noticed a buildup of a slimy residue around the spout after only a short period of use. This has made me concerned about the cleanliness of the water and hesitant to continue using the product. I eventually stopped using it. Because of these issues, I am disappointed with my experience and even infuriated that no one would get back to me to inquire a refund and I've reached out three times. Horrible customer service! Honestly, don't waste your money on this!

I love the dish . But I am having I problem with it it’s blinking the lights off and on . I charge it and in a couple hours it’s doing it again.

Horrible company. Direct ship from China useong fly by night deliver companies that can't figure out how to get to your house. Have spent hours on chat and email ordered 06/29 still nothing. Do NOT use this company.
