I ordered the pink version, but received the green one instead. The green item is a color I already own, so it is completely useless to me. If I wanted another green one, I would have ordered it instead of the pink one. I contacted customer service immediately, but instead of offering a proper solution, they kept avoiding my request and repeatedly offered only a 10% partial refund. This is completely unacceptable when the seller sent the wrong item.

I ordered & paid for the pink owala cat bottle,& receieved the green bottle which i already have. Very disappointed. Will not order from this company again.

I donr think these were authentic. Color was off as was soze
