The packaging was damaged during the trip, or possibly even before the trip, as the packages were open. The information for another product said that it also removes the builder gel product, but this was not true, disappointing. The products were the same even though they had different information.

It's ok.

The bottle appears to be empty, and the brush does not seem to be picking up enough polish remover. While it is effective, it requires filing the nail beforehand to work properly.
