Nice blue shimmer, multiple coats for full opacity

The color is a very nice azure blue with a mild shimmer. I find it takes 3+ coats for multiple opacity. I have been using it as a blue base for blue/teal/green toppers and find it's been very good for that.

Looks very different in different lighting

I am not sure this polish is super flattering on me however I love that it shows up differently in different lighting. The formula was really nice.
