Buffalo Bills Highmark Stadium Authentic Pair of Seats (Pre-Order)

Complete fiasco Promised originally on May 18 then no reponse to multiple emails. Then told June 20th, then delivered June 7th. Delivered with no signature which is mandatory on an order this large and box was complete ripped open at top causing the top of chairs to be cracked at seams. Packed with very little care and very little bubble wrap. Emailed numerous times win no follow up. Finally called and was told that is normal wear and tear. Also was missing offical certificate of memorabilia. So sad. Was looking so forward to this purchase as it was a birthday present from my kids for my 50th. Terrible customer service

These were in great shape and were delivered with care, but they didn’t include the correct hardware.

The product was shipped to the other side of the country and came with damage because of that. Not included were Individual Holigrams of Authenticity for both seats, and missing instructions. Trying to have this corrected has proven extremely difficult becuase the sender is only affiliated with the Buffalo Bills and not direct source. Buyer Beware
