Unlacquered Brass Bridge Kitchen Faucet - Solid Brass Kitchen Tap

I've had this sink for a few months and this is my honest review. Let's start with the pros: -It's beautiful: the brass feels high quality and it shines up like new with a bit of bar keeper's friend. -It's functional: the handles are easy to turn, it works well in a high-use kitchen -Customer service is great: they are fairly quick to respond; they are courteous and helpful. We had an issue with something that was installed backwards during fabrication, they sent us a detailed video on how to fix it within the day. On to the cons: -Quality of manufacturing: outside of the actual brass, the quality seems shoddy. The sprayer leaks and constantly dribbles and the neck of the sink has fallen off twice (not because I was grabbing it or twisting it, but while in use the water pressure popped it off because it had gradually loosened). I'm writing this review now because, as I was trying to wash veggies to make a salad for lunch, the neck popped off and flooded the counter with a rush of water. I can't get the neck back on because it seems loose and there is no longer a flush fit. While I am certain that customer service will provide me with a solution, I am frustrated that for the price I've paid, I've encountered this problem only two months after installing the faucet. In sum, this is a beautiful faucet! The customer service is great! However, the pieces holding the brass together require improvement, and for the price I wasn't expecting this to be an issue.

Faucet is beautiful brass, so glad to find the unlacquered finish. Waiting for contractor to install my sink and faucet, will send pictures when completed. Thanks for great customer service and keeping me posted on delivery!

We haven’t installed our new faucet but it came very quickly and looks beautiful! All of the parts seem to be there and really well made! They were great at communication!
