Amazing customer service!

Got this 3L for my vest, but it turned out to be just a bit too long to fit comfortably. Emailed customer service and they immediately shipped out the shorter 2L version and a return label for the 3L that I wasn't going to be able to use. The reservoir itself fits perfectly in my Nathan vest and I'm looking forward to getting a lot of use out of it this summer/fall training for a marathon.
