Almost perfect

I had a wonderful ordering experience, very easy shipping process with excellent communication about my package delivery. The prints are beautiful and the receiver was elated to receive them. The one lemon was that one of the prints has a large scuff mark. The receiver wasn't bothered by it, but I wonder if this happens odten. I ordered 4 prints, one had a scuff, by the way.
