I recently ordered this hat on June 7th 2026 and recieved and email stating that it had been delivered on April 18 2026 and in the wrong state. Im not sure what happened on their end but it appears the wrong shipping id was attached to my purchase. I've reached out to their customer service multiple times via email and no response. I wanted to support this brand and what they stand for but I am not happy with the way this has been handled. I will not be purchasing anything else from their store.

Great quality product. Would’ve been a 5 if the tracking information was available. Other than the delivery process, everything was great.

Only purchased this hat because it tapped in with my childhood. Brim and body of hat was nicely done. Thanks!
