Hand Carved Teak Wall Art - Tangle

Awesome. Brilliant customer service too

We ordered 2 pieces, one of them had a cracke. Pieces feel cheap and of a lighter wood. I have ordered other another item from Noro and it is absolutely beautiful, well made high quality. But not this new piece. Customer service is spotty at best. We notified them of the problem, they emailed back for specifics but , have not responded to our answer in almost two weeks.

Great Communication and a Beautiful Replacement
