The Chief – Tails (3 Pack)

First time using the Chief, it got CRUSHED by a monster fish

I got the glow version with a white tail, put it out deep in the canyons at night, within an hour it got crushed by a huge Tuna. A little expensive, but worth it!

I saw the Chief Tails and Jig heads online and after seeing your reviews I bought the 1.5oz heads and I also purchased the Pink,Silver and White tails. I'll be on the over nite boat out of Long Beach Landing here in California fishing Blue fin, Dorado and the Marlins that are running around the Islands of the SoCal coast due to the El Nino weather conditions going on currently. I will be reviewing again on my return from this trip and commenting. One thing that I was disappointed that the 1.5oz jig was almost like the flat faced jig and not like the pointed style which is advertised, but I guess that's my fault for not reaching out to UVT. A better description of the Model #'s would help in deciding the proper jig head the angler wants to purchase. Overall I plan on using these jigs as a reverse dropper loop set up on a med-heavy under current. Will post again later
