I only used it once, but I love it. I’m trying to get familiar with the program! It’s taking a little while.

So far great customer service

There should be better instructions on installing the printer, but with great customer service, they walked us through it as for the oven, the thermostat was no good from the time we opened it. Customer service is working with us now to resolve the problem.
