Busyboard - Montesorri Learning Board

What I received was NOT what i ordered! What i got was much much smaller, a different shape and different elements. With the sucker cup on the back, sticks well to the high chair table, beside Grandsons plate.

Terrible. Doesn't look like pictures or the videos at all, about a fourth of the size. When trying to contact customer service for a return, which was well within the 7 days since delivery, they just wanted to do a partial refund. FOR A TOY THAT IS A FOURTH THIS SIZE... $39... terrible customer service, terrible advertising.

The product I was sent is not the product shown in this listing. The listing shows a large busyboard with many parts, and some even removable. The product I received was tiny, cheaply made and not any of the items shown on the listing. Definitely not worth $40 plus the time it took to get here. When I reached out to the company to let them know I must have been sent the wrong item, they asked for pictures and confirmed what I was sent was correct. They said I could return it if I paid for shipping to another country which would likely be even more than I spent on the product itself. Don’t buy this product as it’s falsely advertised and you won’t get what is pictured.
