My dress is good. The problem for me is the customer service. I accidentally ordered the dress twice. Immediately after I did it I tried to cancel the order (which on website says is no problem)I received a message back that was not pertaining to my request and unclear to read. I had this happen several times. I waited to receive the order and started a return which I had just about the same outcome. Finally after 4 emails again not pertainining to a return but thanking me for my order they said I could return it but had to pay shipping to china and have it insured. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I am out $140. And stuck with 2 of the same dresses. So annoyed.

Not high quality- poor customer service- highly recommend to stay away from this company. I am surprised SHOP has a relationshio with them. I have learned my lesson.
