The product I received was of noticeably poor quality: the lid does not work properly and spins loosely, and the bottle feels much cheaper and more plastic-like than the previous version I had purchased from the same company. What made the experience even worse was the company’s handling of the complaint. Instead of offering a fair remedy, they proposed either a 50% refund or a full refund only if I shipped the item back to the United States at my own expense. For an international customer, that makes the return option essentially unreasonable. In other words, if the product is substandard, the customer is still the one expected to absorb the loss. This kind of after-sales support is simply not acceptable. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Too expensive plastic is a bit cheap Even with repeated washing water carries a plastic taste Connections do not feel solid( too much room all joints seals and locks should fit more tight with les wiggle room) Glass jar rubber should be thicker to avoid twisting when tightening bottle cap

Worked great into i dropped it, shattered instantly, definitely not durable.
