TMR Upgraded PS5 DualSense Edge Stick Modules

​I paid £8.99 for shipping, which was supposed to take 5 business days total but took 10. When the item arrived, one stick was clicking and grinding. I messaged them, followed their instructions, and was eventually asked to email a video. ​I sent it last Saturday. They took three business days to reply on Wednesday, saying they were chasing it up with their tech team "immediately." It is now Saturday with no update. They are incredibly slow to respond. It was the same when chasing delivery—they claimed the items were ready on a Friday but didn't actually dispatch them until a week later. I suspect they shipped them knowing there was an issue

After I received my modules, Module 1's joystick was rough out of the box. I still haven't managed to find a solution to this problem. It acts up when I pull down or left; sometimes, it even gets stuck in the down position and only gets dislodged when I pull it back up with my thumb. Outside of that, the second joystick works exactly as intended. Rating: 1 star for the defective module, 5 stars for the one that does its job.
