I requested a refund from the company due to getting a defective item and never heard anything back from them. It took almost a month to receive my order and when I got it, it was broken. Maybe try bubble wrapping light made material or boxing especially if it’s not durable enough to ship it a plastic bag the way that I received mine.

Flimsy poor packaging - simple bag without protection to ship an obviously breakable item. Ridiculous and unprofessional. My item came in a crushed, 100 pieces. I am dumbfounded by your choice of shipping option. I would like my money back including shipping. I so looked forward to enjoying the item. Sad and confused.

I think the ninjas are really cool, but the problem that I had was the packaging. I ordered two of them and they were just tossed in a very thin bag, only one of them came out good and intact out of the packaging, but the second one was broken. I can see that the material is delicate. If that’s the case the packaging should be much more secure.
