My son wears it under his work shirt keeps him energized all day. This is his third shirt.

Great when on, hard to get off

Great compression as I need that. Old guy, 64. Very difficult to get off after the workout. It was like doing a contorting finishing set, lol. I understad that it wouldn't be as good if accomodations were made for an easier exit from the garment. i have the tights and the shorts as well. All quality stuff. I will just be ready for that extra after workout effort to peel the shirt off. rick
