Adjustable Waterbase Pillow for Deep Sleep

I have had it only like for the past 9 days and have been using it nightly. I put in 2 litres of water initially but felt it was a bit on the low side. Used it for about a week and a day ago have added in another 250ml. to increase the height but I feel that doesn't make any difference. I'll give a few days more and then decide if I need to add anymore water....maybe go up to 3 litres in total. The daily neck stiffness that I used to get is no more. The pillow has made it a world of difference in my sleep comfort. The top layers are quite comfortable and soft.
