Product is fine, the exchange process was ridiculous

I ordered three rings for my wife's Christmas gift. They were shipped and received overnight and it was amazing to have something for her to open on Christmas morning. She decided she wanted to tweak the size/color of the rings I got her, so we did an exchange/return and that's where a month long fiasco ensued. Noemie had me pay for a ring that was not on my original order, then they didn't ship it for nearly a month, they completed an exchange but didn't process a refund of my money until I insisted on it. Very frustrating and questionable tactics by a company. Not sure I'd buy from them again due to their calamitous returns process. They lost my trust.

The ring is gorgeous! Even more beautiful than I expected. It was a gift for my daughter. She loves it. This would be 5 star except for my experience with the shipping. It took one month and 3 emails to get it shipped to me. Customer service was prompt in their reply each time, but then nothing would happen, until my last inquiry of course then it was shipped and arrived 3 days later as promised. I would buy from here again, I just have to make sure it’s not time sensitive next time incase the shipping issue is a common occurrence with this company. I would definitely recommend buying from here just plan first delays.
