When I got the America's 250th Anniversary Cookbook.When I already read through this cookbook. Very authentic & historically how our greatest ancestors cooked out of scratch everyday back then. I'm glad I got this greatest cookbook so much in my life. I would rather step in time of our ancestors and to cook out of scratch everyday all my life. Which that to me I would have so far much love & joy to anyone. Like any my family, neighbors, friends & my fellowship of church friends in my congregation. Whenever anytime, anywhere, use this cookbook when cook Breakfast, Dinner, & Supper. I'll enjoy that rest of life. This is my huge interest being of our entire history of our Greatest Country! I love how there are so many recipes in this cookbook with history behind each recipe! I am an American history buff and I love how each chapter is divided by different eras in our history and the history behind each recipe! I am already planning to cook an okra stew that looks so good! All the recipes look so good!

Very nicely done cookbook. She really likes the variety & layout. I like the bit of history with each one. Though some should've been researched more for correctness.
