Just plain simple white washcloth, perfect weight, thickness

The order took so long to arrive that I stopped payment. Snowe then expedited the order. The sales page said the washcloths have a loop. No loop. Two developed holes within two weeks of arrival. I emailed asking if I
could return, but no response.
