American Champagne Bottle Sequin 4th of July Dress

I was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a patriotic 4th of July dress and instead received an LSU dress. As a lifelong Mississippi State fan who absolutely does not wear LSU colors, this was the worst possible substitution. Because the incorrect dress arrived so close to the holiday, there wasn’t enough time to exchange it for the dress I actually ordered, leaving me without what I had planned to wear. To make matters worse, I was told a return shipping label would be mailed to me, but I still haven’t received it. Mistakes happen, but the lack of a timely resolution has made the experience even more frustrating. I was looking forward to supporting this boutique, but unfortunately this experience has left me disappointed. I hope they improve their order accuracy and customer service so other customers don’t have the same experience.
