Received the part we ordered very quickly. Service is top notch. Unfortunately, the part we ordered didn't fix our issue, so it's back to trying to figure out what is going on. But these guys are fantastic, and would order from again.

As described and timely

I received the items that I ordered. They were received in a reasonable period of time. They were exactly what the website indicated they would be. I have installed them and believe they are currently working. However, it did heat up recently so I have not run my pellet stove much since the installation of the new parts. The prices were competitive with others I'd seen online. If I need something again, I'd order from this business.
