It is to small in the arms and across the front. There is no way it is 4XL. I wear a 3XL in everything but this feels more like and 1XL. Since they dont do refunds only exchanges, I’m stuck with a rain jacket that is way to small, that i cant do anything with. Will not be ordering from them again. Will be recommended them to any one.
