Timely delivery. The backPack came packed in a dedicated, nicely designed cardboard box. It came also with a certificate.for a life time warranty. My Mac Book Pro 16 inch fits perfectly in the main compartment. In fact, I could even add my Toshiba Windows LapTop with it, though that makes the total a bit heavy. I need both for my field work. So not only high quality product, but also very practical. I am very happy with it.
