★★★★★ Excellent product and even better customer service ★★★★★ I recently ordered two model kits from TinyCraft to build with my granddaughter. Sadly the outer packaging took a real battering in transit and arrived quite badly crushed, which was disappointing given these were meant as gifts. However I have to say the way TinyCraft handled it was fantastic. Their customer service team responded quickly at every stage, were genuinely apologetic, and sorted out a fair resolution without any fuss or hassle. It is rare these days to deal with a company that actually listens and puts things right so efficiently. Once I opened the boxes I was really pleased to find the kits themselves are excellent quality. Beautifully designed and clearly built to last, exactly what you want when buying something special to make with a grandchild. I am genuinely excited to get started building both of these with my granddaughter, and it is going to be a lovely bit of time together. Because of the quality of the product and the way they looked after me when things went wrong, I will absolutely be buying more from TinyCraft in future. A company that stands behind its products and its customers like this deserves every star. Highly recommended, five stars all round.

Fun project! I did have trouble with the lantern. The cardboard broke at the narrowest part, and I couldn’t repair it. So will have to do without one light. Other than that, everything was really well made and fun to assemble.

Slight damage to outer box, but contents are there, secure and intact. Going to have a lot of fun putting this together and displaying on shelf afterwards.
