Beautiful design, ok printing, kind customer service

The design is beautiful however the printing quality perhaps could be improved. It’s slightly blurry/dull but overall cute. All the other printing quality of the order was perfect, and my order mix up/damage was resolved kindly. The bookmark came originally damaged from bending, and customer service was responsive to my feedback for improved packaging to prevent such damage. The replacement sent came very well packaged and with extra gifted stickers.
