Im getting alot out of the Detachment book. I read thru ut once and now im writing and taking it all in. The content is really relatable abd speaks to me. It gives encouragement practical skills. Keep going we need it I need it. Thanks

Well I’ll start off with I watch you videos constantly and being able to carry something and write along with expressing my thoughts are very helpful . It’s wasn’t long or drawn out but straight to the point.

This is an excellent resource for anyone at any stage of their separation. Mental and and emotional detachment are one of the hardest parts of the process, and most resources only offer logistical support and completely leave the detachment part out. I am so grateful to Kesha for seeing the need and providing it for people like me. Thank you, Kesha and best of luck in your new freedom.
