I’ve tried other silk sleep masks but the Nature’s Body one is by far the most elite. I actually can’t sleep without mine now as the mask is so comfortable to wear, I love the feeling of it on my eyes. As I travel for work a lot and stay in hotels I like that you can also put the sides over your ears to block out noise as well. The part of the mask that covers your eyes is a unique shape that doesn’t cause any damage to your lashes and honestly feels so comforting. It blocks out 100 percent of light. I’ve now bought more for gifts for my friends and another one for myself so I always have one in my travel bag and at home.
