I had ordered a 12 pack of the Chocolate Egg Cream Soda and for some reason I did not get acknowledgement on the order. I then reached out to the Arizona office in NY. I called and a very wonderful lady by the name of Anna listened to my issue and within 15 minutes received a call back and Anna told me she was able to correct the situation and ship my order. This was a great example of Excellent customer service; she listened and was very professional and personable. Thank you to Anna and the whole Arizona team for your attention to this matter.
