Recently, I mixed inks (Procolored and another brand) and my tubing became clogged. I had to reach out to Procolored support team for assistance. Engineer Tan and Carl were extremely patient and demonstrated their expertise. The took the time to help me be successful with replacing tubing, ink sacs, and printhead. I couldn’t do it without them. They remained professional the entire time throughout the process. I give Procolored Engineers and products 5 Stars. My machine is operating and functioning as it did before.

Love this printer. Was up and running the same day I got it. Was a bit hesitant because of the reviews but decided to get it anyway. I'm so happy I did.
