Great bread knife

I used this knife to cut bread and cakes. And I couldn't be happier with the results. Compared with the previous bread knife I used, this knife is much thinner and sharper. It goes through the bread and the Taiwanese castella very easily and leaves a fine edge, without crushing the cake. And its length enables a clean and complete cut with a single slicing motion, reducing the likelihood of messy cuts from having to do a sawing action.
