Metal Picnic Table - Square Expanded Metal - 46 in - Blue - With Backrest - ADA Compliant

We recently opened the boxes and found we were missing bolts, nuts and washers. We did NOT get any tools. We got nothing for attaching the umbrella. I called customer service but have not gotten a call back. There was a hole in the box holding the table top. The table had a dent with yellow paint transfer, maybe from a forklift?
