Exceeded our expectations

We are very pleased with our purchase. The set is a lovely addition to our terrace, and the quality exceeded our expectations. Ordering something like this without the reassurance of a well-known high street retailer can feel a little daunting, as you never quite know what will arrive. Thankfully, the quality of the furniture did not disappoint. The wood is beautiful, the cushions are comfortable, and the overall finish feels far more premium than we expected. One thing worth mentioning is that the sofa and armchairs arrived fully assembled, right down to the arms and feet. Often, with flat-pack furniture, there is at least some assembly required, even if it’s only attaching a few legs. In our case, aside from assembling the coffee table, everything was ready to enjoy straight away. The only less pleasant part of the experience was the delivery. The delivery team arrived in a bit of a hurry as they had apparently been held up at another delivery for over an hour. As a result, they were a little rough handling the furniture and came very close to damaging our building’s newly refurbished lift. At one point, one of the deliverymen even had to ask his colleague to slow down and relax. That said, once things had settled, both gentlemen were lovely and pleasant to deal with. It was simply their initial rushed approach that caught us off guard. Overall, we are delighted with the furniture itself and would not hesitate to order from Royalcraft again.

Purchased this item recently and noticed issues with the quality not shortly after purchasing. 3 seater has cracked in the corner already despite the item being treated.
