Fulfilling the order and shipping needs to be faster. Communication was great when something wasn’t in stock but it took 2.5 weeks to get the initial order. When I ordered a replacement for the item that wasn’t in stock, it is taking another 2+ weeks. That is 5 weeks to get a second quarter zip to match the one I received as a gift and loved. I don’t expect everyone to have 2 day delivery like Amazon but 5 weeks for a quarter zip makes me not want to order again which is a shame because the quality and fit is outstanding
