Two lampshades were received in outer cartons that were both in good condition. Since this was for a renovation project, I opened only 1 carton to ensure I received the right item(s). I did. I didn't open the 2nd carton until many weeks later, only to find the lampshade was dented beyond repair. I called Amazon (where the order was placed) & returned the damaged shade; called Aspen Creative to have another shipped. They did, customer service was kind, friendly, & efficient. New lampshade was received in good condition. Only concern is it is an "uno" shade & the "uno" fitting is larger than any of the lamps I have so the shade constantly tips to one side as there's nothing holding it tightly enough. Not a big deal. The shades are perfect for our needs, but wish the fitting was a bit snugger.
