I ordered this as a birthday present to myself and emailed the store bc I was worried it wasn't going to arrive in time for my party. They shipped it out the next day and included a note and a bonus gift to apologize for the delay. The lighter is even more gorgeous in person, and I so appreciate the care in customer service! It came with time to spare before my party, and the whole package is so high quality. Thanks so much y'all, 12/10 will be shopping here again :)
