Grounding Mattress Cover

Took 11 days to receive the grounding mat. Was easy to set-up and appears to be of good quality. Haven't used yet and there was no conductivity pen included as stated in the attached set-up instructions. Since there was no included pen i wasn't able to test to ensure that there was conductive fibers. We will have to see if it does what it claims.

Got it recently and will start using ut today- looking forward tonit and hope it works as advertised. Only thing that i didnt like is booklet says “conductivity pennis included in the package” but i didnt get one with mine- i dont remember it saying had to be purchased or selected separately 🤷🏽‍♀️

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY Never recieved the item and support does not respond. Its been 50 days since my order was place, around 30 since it was out for delivery. They marked my address as incorrect when really, they failed to see the package box instructions at my place of work, where I sent the address to. Total inconpetence. now i have no product and no refund, which i feel is intentional.
