A very beautiful celery with tender and sweet reddish-pink stalks. We like to roast them alongside potatoes, carrots and other root veggies on a sheet pan. An heirloom first introduced in 1894 immediately becoming very popular. Grows quickly. If left to flower, it attracts an incredible amount of beneficial insects.
