Love! Baking GF Sourdough, it’s the perfect size. Giving a nice loaf and good shape. Have been proofing overnight in the tin without any issues. Glad I got two!

Cleans beautifully and doesnt stick. I greased with some butter and then coated with flour and my sourdough bread popped right out even after proofing in it overnight. Love that it can go int he dishwasher and there isn't edges for the water to get stuck. I'd also love one that was a bit bigger but not as pricey as the ploughmans pan.
