Senzio Miracle Balm™ — Easy Apply Stick

Had a lot of issues with this purchase. I used the stick 2 times on my ankles and it no longer twisted up in its casing, or so I thought. Turns out I was OUT of product after a maximum of 5 uses. There is only about an inch of balm in the stick to begin with. But, upon further thought the stick base was really too heavy to be empty. So, I decided to delve deeper and see what was actually in there — suprise, again. There is a LOT of balm that is below the twisting stick base. The catch is that you have to scoop it out to use it. I have documented this in pictoral form as proof of this product’s volume and shortcomings. My advice: 1) Reformulate the balm to withstand higher summer temperatures or ship via cooler means - a possibility in Asia with “Cool Bin” or refrigerated delivery, 2) redesign the stick itself so that product does not fill into the bottom of the stick through open holes and joints. I would have given this a one star review, but CS was responsive in a timely manner.

It works but the amount of product you get for your money is highway robbery! Come on now Im sure if you try really hard you could make it more affordable for your consumers. At the very least you could double the amount of Senzio miracle balm for the price your charging. Please consider many of us are Seniors with limited income. Thank you!

This product was a total scam…i spend my hard earnered money and bought 4 of these total and spent over $100 and absolutely no results and the quantity was so small each product lasted less than 2 weeks…so dissatisfied and disappointed in myself for falling for this false hope!!!
