I never received it Package was lost !!! They did not refund me !!! Terrible customer service.

Bottle arrived cracked and leaked out in the box. I reported it immediately and sent photos, but instead of simply replacing or refunding a damaged item, Beauty House focused on the fact that I did not purchase their extra “Redo” shipping protection. I was then bounced between UPS and USPS for weeks, even after explaining that because it was shipped Ground Saver, I could not file the claim myself and that it had to come from the sender. The issue dragged on for over a month without a straightforward resolution. Optional shipping protection should not be used as a shield against basic customer service when a customer receives a broken product. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau over the handling of this damaged order and the weeks of runaround that followed. I will update this review to reflect whether Beauty House takes responsibility or continues to avoid a real resolution.
