LOVE this shoe
I'm 11 weeks into a 22-week marathon training block, and plantar fasciitis was flaring on my left side where I've had all my bursa and part of my calcaneus bone and achilles removed due to Haglund's deformity, and my achilles is attached with a titanium plate. The volume I'm running is obviously a lot of wear and tear on a joint with no bursa (ie no cushion/lubrication), so I needed an efficient shoe with a lot of cushion, and this shoe is it. It works well on long runs, when pushing the pace, and recovery runs. Feels great on hills both up and down. Might get a fresh pair right before race day. Favorite shoe to date. Worth every penny.
