Excellent service. Despite having an issue with my order, they resolved it very quickly. Initially, I received one shoe in size 9½ and the other in size 9; one was used and the other was new.
I went to the store in person, even though I had ordered online, and the store manager was very helpful. They ordered me a new pair, and it arrived quickly.

Compared to superblast 2 this is more bouncy and it has a softer heel. You sink down into the heel when you step kinda like a hoka mafate 5 trail shoe. May be just ever so slightly less stable. It is not as loud as the previous version when you run. . The 3 is also about 15g lighter than a used superblast 2 with 250 miles on them.
