Used this during pregnancy and now postpartum and it’s made such a difference. I have always been fairly healthy and cautious of what I eat, especially when pregnant and breastfeeding, but typically first trimester and early postpartum are a little bit of a roller coaster for me. Baby number five and this is the smoothest one. My only regret is not having this to go along with all four of my previous sweet babies!
